  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
    • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., intimate wear, cosmetics, custom-made products, digital goods).
  1. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact our customer support team at support@globedisplay.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely, include your RA number, and ship it back to us at the provided return address.
  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item received).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  1. Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
